About Levent Gençay

I started teaching technology in 1997 and founded Cybernetics Solutions in 1999. Since then, my work has evolved across technology education, consulting, enterprise software, digital products and entrepreneurship.

Between 2002 and 2017, I also built Professional Minds, where corporate technology education and project-based technology solutions came together.

Education has remained an important part of that journey. Since 1997, I have trained more than 10,000 corporate professionals in technology and business applications.

My project work has consistently focused on the point where business needs become technology — especially in HR and workforce technology, organization development, marketing and sales technology, planning, analytics and enterprise operations.

Today, I continue this work through Cybernetics Solutions, advisory engagements and new technology products and ventures.
